Since joining Wright Engineering in 2006, Jacob has played a key role in delivering hundreds of successful projects from design through construction across Arizona and California. His deep expertise in water resource infrastructure and utility-focused electrical engineering is complemented by design experience with multi-family and build-to-rent (BTR) developments. Jacob is known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach and his commitment to collaboration. He works closely with architects, engineers, developers, and construction teams to ensure every project is well-coordinated and tailored to meet specific goals. Whether he’s designing large-scale power distribution systems or fine-tuning small-scale control systems, Jacob brings attention to detail and dedication to quality to every phase of the project. Clients often appreciate Jacob’s ability to navigate complex challenges while keeping projects on track and aligned with long-term needs. For him, nothing is more rewarding than seeing the finished product in the community and knowing he had a hand in bringing it to life. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys time with his wife, Susie, and their dogs, Milo and Gunner. He’s passionate about home improvement projects, daily walks, and discovering new audiobooks.
